Network Manager

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As IXN Manager, you will report to our CEO and will assume business unit responsibilities which include:

• Leading IXN's teams across these areas: operations, 911.net Security Operations Center, product development, sales, marketing, budgeting, and customer service.

• Develop new product strategies for managed hosting, infrastructure as a service, cloud (virtualization), websites, and other application services.

• Service level agreements (SLAs) management.

• Performance monitoring.

• Strategic planning.

• Sales and marketing, including the development of IXN's customer portal.

• Project management.

• Development of standard procedures and policies for best practices in privacy and security.

• Problem, order tracking, help desk, incident, and configuration management processes.

• Ability to identify, analyze and synthesize issues, manage problems, and apply root-cause analysis to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, computer science, or a technical program

• 4+ years of experience leading teams that provide data hosting or SaaS.

• 2+ years of experience in budgeting and project management.

• Working knowledge of CRMs, cloud services platforms, and security protocols.

• Experience in marketing, sales, and directing project managers of IT services.

• Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) skills.

Benefits

The salary for this position is between $120,000-$138,000 per year.

LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement. You may be required to work in an office in Okemos, Michigan onsite approximately 4 days per week. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel (0-25%) may be expected to represent the IXN community at events and trade shows.
