Position Purpose: Responsible for provider recruitment, contracting and retention
Responsible for recruiting new providers through the entire process including initial contact, credentialing process, and contract negotiations
Monitor network dashboard and initiate additional recruitment efforts, when applicable, to meet or exceed established provider access requirements
Educate providers and their staff on plan benefits, company policies and procedures
Respond to provider nomination requests
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of client relations and outbound calls experience. Credentialing and/or contracting experience preferred.
