Direct Client Requirement with GA DOC

Minimum Qualifications:

Network infrastructure support
Google Administrative Console experience
Chromebook support and configuration
Good Written / Oral Communications
Good Organizational Skills-Self starter with the ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Travel required-willing to travel, multitask on multiple projects and work extended hours if necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good asset management skills
Assigned responsibilities:

Track assets as they relate to Inmate Education
Perform administrative duties in the Google Administrative Console
Procure, configure, assign, and support Chromebooks for Inmate Education initiatives
Coordinate and track Infrastructure requests through the GETS process
Coordinate and track Managed Network Services through the GETS process
Liaison between Office of Information Technology, Inmate Education, and vendors
Provide monthly updates, or as requested, as it relates to Inmate Education
Coordinate and test with the agency Information Security Officer on vetting Whitelist and Blacklist websites
Develops and updates materials for customized training
Maintains knowledge of current trends via conferences, in service training, workshops, and webinars
Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work, operates effectively within the organizational structure

Position Overview: The Wireless Consultant is responsible for the providing excellent customer service and selling GoWireless products to patrons. This position reports to Store Manager. Core Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for selling products and services to new and existing customers * Responsible for meeting current sales metrics Responsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by Corporate * Responsible for executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals as established within District * Responsible for handling customer service issues * Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level Responsible for maintaining store standards and appearance as established by Store Manager (SM) and District Manager (DM) * Responsible for providing data as requested by SM/DM and completing weekly reports as required Flexible to work stores within District and outside of District as needed * Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures * Responsible for cold calling and supporting sales cross-promotions * Must be able to work independently in a retail storefront * Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the SM and DM Only those with a strong desire to succeed and make money need apply.
