By partnering closely with our Performance, Logistics, and Account Ops teams, Network Health works to drive the success and growth of our Wayfair Delivery Network. Network Health is looking for a talented and driven self-starter to execute strategy and help us transform a network of thousands of individual vendor businesses into a flawless fulfillment network. The goal of the Network Health team is to increase fill rate and on time delivery for LTL orders. We do this by maximizing successful pickups to ensure order ship on time, and minimizing exceptions on orders. Network Health Associates also work to increase visibility into potential causes for missed pickups, both in and out of network. 6+ months of Wayfair or Logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate to secure operational improvement

  • Partner with hundreds of Suppliers to reach resolutions on orders shipped within our freight network

  • Engage suppliers to solve immediate operational issues and overall performance

  • Assist in the goal of expand the Wayfair transportation network by supporting initiatives that will increase our reach and capacity to handle additional freight.

  • Work cross functionally with teams such as Account Operations, Performance, and Logistics to drive overall network performance.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize day to day tasks and projects

The purpose of this position is to provide direct support to Public Works Officer (PWO). The incumbent is responsible for assisting the PWO in planning, directing, and administration of all facets of the Occupational Safety and Health Program. This is a full-time temporary not to exceed 1 year. This position may be filled as a Temporary Promotion or Temporary Reassignment.
