We have an immediate need for a Network Manager to facilitate the delivery of our award-winning Consumer and Commercial products. In this role, you'll be responsible for hands-on leadership of a team of network engineers designing and maintaining critical communications between our data centers and connected vehicles. You will also be responsible for 24x7 support of our voice and data networks and rapid incident response.

Designing, supporting, and maintaining network devices in a highly complex environment.
Supporting and maintaining all networking elements of a high-availability production environment.
Setting the direction of networking technologies and methodologies for our growing network.
Accountability for all network operations including monitoring, backup, outage resolution, upgrades, design and maintenance.
Managing a team of network engineers located in the United States and offshore.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Five or more years of experience with CGNAT technologies.
Five or more years of experience managing and architecting MPLS solutions.
Five or more years of experience managing teams.
Even better if you have:
Experience with Cisco switching, routing and firewall Hardware.
Experience with Check Point hardware.
Experience with A10 Load balancers and CGNAT.
Experience with routing protocols, specifically BGP, OSPF and diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues and outages.
Eight or more years of experience supporting and troubleshooting complex voice traffic.
Eight or more years of experience with network design and architecture.
Eight or more years of network experience with routing and switching.
Eight or more years of network experience with load balancing technologies.
Eight or more years of experience managing firewallsEIGRP.
Experience with IPSEC VPN(s) tunnels.
Expert TCP/IP packet analysis, using Wireshark or raw packet captures using tcpdump.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical problem solving from Layer 1 through Layer 7 of the OSI model.
Experience with network analyzers and network monitoring and alerting tools.
Experience with AWS VPC networking including ELB, EIP, and VPN.
