  • Responsibility for the configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Ability to follow documented processes
  • Work with engineers to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Expert level knowledge of the following technologies:
    • Cloud solutions, including AWS and Azure
    • Virtualization, with an emphasis on VMware
    • Microsoft Active Directory 20008 / 2012 / 2016, including Group Policy
    • Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016
    • SQL Server 2014
    • TCP/IP / OSI model
    • Remote Desktop Services
    • Backup / disaster recovery solutions, particularly Veeam
    • Patch management
  • Identification and resolution of problems in a timely manner
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Provide advanced Tier III resolutions for complex issues
  • Assist in complex projects, including server and email migrations
  • Generate and deploy scripts as needed
  • Ability to perform work remotely, on-site or after hours on occasion. Travel is minimal.


  • Experience with firewalls, WAN, and VPN configurations
  • Understanding of and experience with cloud based solutions, including:
    • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
    • Azure, including AD services and hosting
    • AWS
  • Mastery of Windows Server operating systems
  • In-depth knowledge of all recent Windows desktop OS
  • Expert understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices
  • Line of business application maintenance and support
  • Familiarity with change management practices as relates to IT infrastructure
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects / tasks
  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
