Assist Senior Administrators in cyber security review and establishing security protocols across the university systems and internet access to put in place solutions to minimize vulnerabilities to malicious attacks.

Percent of total time 15 Duties

Learn and serve as a backup to our Senior Administrator to provide coverage when they are not available.

Percent of total time 20 Duties

Lead on VoIP/Telephony support

Percent of total time 30 Duties

Performance monitoring of network infrastructure and attached hardware and equipment.

Percent of total time 5 Duties

Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Assist Senior Administrator in new network upgrade implementations

Assist with project management with the Senior Administrator.
