Essential Experience:

  • In depth knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF in a multi-site network

  • Enterprise level WAN administration

  • Experience designing and administering a complex routing environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects

Preferred Experience:

  • BigIP LTM/GTM configuration experience

  • Operating System Experience including Windows, Solaris, Linux

  • Cisco wireless configuration and troubleshooting experience

  • CCNA/CCNP certifications

margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Working with MaxGen Remote Operation Center (ROC) operators to troubleshoot site communications, HMI configuration (GE Cimplicity, Wonderware Intouch, Ovation, SEL RTACs) and Historian (Microsoft SQL, Proficy and OSI PI) polling problems.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Working with MaxGen’s Technicians to resolve Site connectivity issues (by logging to Modems/ Routers/ L3 switches) and troubleshooting field device communication problems.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Working with MaxGen’s Technicians to help troubleshoot onsite COMMs problems that might include using one of the following communication protocols (RS-485 Modbus RTU, Ethernet/IP, RS-232 Modbus over TCP and OPC).</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Working with MaxGen’s Technicians or third party sub-contractor to troubleshoot analog to digital converters (ADC) devices i.e. (ADAMs, MOXAs, etc.)</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Develop and conduct training for MaxGen field and ROC technicians.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Set up and troubleshoot network telemetry equipment including switches/routers/firewalls and computer NIC cards</li> </ol> <strong>Network Engineer - SCADA QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br /> <strong>Education</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">BS degree in Electrical, Control Systems or Mechanical Engineering.</li> </ul> <strong>Experience</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Experience in troubleshooting SCADA and Networking Problems.</li> </ul> <strong>Network Engineer - SCADA Skills and Knowledge</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Good knowledge with SCADA Systems and Industrial Communication Protocols.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Working knowledge of NERC CIP and other security standards.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Working knowledge of Firewall and Network Security.</li> <li style="padding: 0;
