Network Chargeback Analyst I - Temp - In Office

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a talented payment network professional to assist the team for approximately 6 months as a Network Chargeback Analyst Temporary Associate. This person will assume the responsibility for all incoming credit and debit card dispute or fraud-related activity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This position is an in-office role located in our Dallas/Fort Worth Office at :

Fort Worth, TX 76155

Monday

• Friday

• 9am

• 6pm CT

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• Obtains knowledge of both credit and debit card fraud and dispute processing.

• Network adjustments, balancing accounts, processing ACH

• Identifies, analyzes, and monitors inquiries or requests to ensure complete resolution.

• Keeps informed on product enhancements, system changes, and compliance issues.

• Supports the strategic future, culture, and leadership practices of Co-op Solutions.

• Consistently demonstrates teamwork with internal and external clients.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Credit and Debit Card knowledge and experience.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the dispute chargeback process.

• Credit Union operations experience.

• Outside Payment Network Experience (STAR, PULSE, NYCE, COOP, etc.)

• Customer service experience.

• Decision making/problem solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and within network timelines.

• Interpersonal communication skills.

• Telephone skills. The Chargeback Analyst can be assigned one of two ways: Primarily assigned to taking customer phone calls and providing accurate and satisfactory answers to inquiries while secondarily processing cases or; primarily assigned to processing cases while secondarily answering phone calls and providing accurate and satisfactory answers to inquiries.

• Computer skills including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

• Teamwork with internal and external clients. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times by handling all interactions in a courteous, calm, and composed manner.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working for a credit union or bank.

• Understanding of Payment Networks

• General Accounting principles
