The Central Resource Management Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day duties associated with the Network Central Resource Management Office. This includes a close collaboration with all UVM Health Network Partners (UVMHN) to include all traveler onboarding, credentialing, access requests and all aspects of hiring the candidate. The incumbent completes daily tasks in addition to providing customer service, coaching and mentoring to UVMHN partners and vendors. This includes setting expectations of partners and vendors to support staff orientation preparation, background check, forms completion, and pre-employment screening appointments. This individual will assist the Network partner manage candidates through the recruitment/onboarding experience. The incumbent will deliver an exceptional onboarding experience through the coordination of applications and access.

Additionally, this role will support our Contingent Labor Billing Analyst with rate reviews within our Workday system and assist with discrepancies/reconciliation within our Kronos and Workday systems. The incumbent will work with our vendor partners and within the vendor management systems to post open travel staff positions for UVMHN partners. This individual will manage dashboards and reports as required for the fiscal management of the Contingent Labor group.

EDUCATION:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills supporting a customer service disposition.

  • Ability to function as a team player and to prioritize and manage time in a fast paced, ever changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality internally and externally concerning all employment actions and records.

  • Strong computer and technology background.

  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office needed, strong Excel skills required.
