What you'll get to do:

Candidate will be responsible for designing and planning network communications systems on the C2BMC program for its infrastructure

The candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Lead program efforts in development utilizing one or more of the following: Python, PyEZ, Perl, Ruby, Java, Javascript, SLAX, and Powershell

  • Develop continuous integration, test and delivery pipelines for all network configurations

  • Conduct testing of automated network design.

  • Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc.

  • Evaluate and report on new communications technologies to enhance capabilities of the network.

Basic Qualifications:

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance

  • 9 Years with Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field; 14 years' experience in lieu of a degree.

  • DOD 8570 IAT II certification (Security , GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)

  • Experience with Orchestration Frameworks to develop automated scripts: Ansible, VMware, vShpere, IBM, Tivoli, REST API, XML/NetConf

  • Proven experience working on a DoD network environment.

  • Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of C2BMC, MDA and the BMDS.

  • STIG implementation and standards.

  • Excellent presentation skills using Powerpoint and Visio, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren't technically trained.

  • Development experience with management and monitoring tools such as Micro Focus Operations Bridge (OpsBridge) or similar (HP OpenView).

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment

  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.

Functional Responsibilities: ISYS Technologies is seeking a Network Automation Lead Clearance: * Secret Job Duties: * Collaborate and help establish best practices for Network Automation discipline into all aspects of the program * Coordinate with other program areas to establish Network Automation process (e.g. Test Bed, Level-II Network Support, etc.) * Plan and support the automated deployment of network infrastructure * Responsible for creating and updating an automated pipeline for network development, testing and deployment to the operational system * Responsible to lead program efforts in: * Development utilizing one or more of the following technologies: Python, PyEZ, Perl, Ruby, Java, Javascript, SLAX, PowerShell and/or associated scripting languages * Development of continuous integration, test and delivery pipelines for all network configurations * Experience with Orchestration Frameworks to develop automated scripts: Ansible, VMware vSphere, IBM Tivoli, REST API, XML/NetConf. * Requirements gathering, developing technical specification and architecture diagrams and applying automation methodologies Qualifications Experience Requirements: * Bachelor of Science in the Engineering field or significant equivalent experience (i.e. EE, CIS, CPE, MIS, IT) with 15+ years experience * Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment to help guide the Network Agile transition through automated integration, testing and deployment * Must have proven troubleshooting skills * Experience planning and supporting the automated deployment of network infrastructure * Development experience with management and monitoring tools such as Micro Focus Operations Bridge (OpsBridge) or similar (HP OpenView) * Prior experience developing Infrastructure Solutions in a Clustered Virtual environment using VMware and NetApp products Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.
