We are currently looking for Network and Telephony Specialist at our office in Dublin, CA. Network/Voice/Telecom Engineer in specializing on Cisco IPT Solution and campus networking that includes routing, switching, firewalls etc. This is 6 months contract role with possibility of extension.
Responsible for maintaining and configuring complex Cisco IPT solution.
Responsible for supporting global network landscape including Cisco VOIP environment and isolate and resolve complex problems utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.
Support the migration of the Telephony to SAP standards.
The candidate will also be required to provide mentoring, training, and support to other colleagues as needed.
Support the preparatory steps for converting the deployment of the SAP standard network and telephony and lead migration activities.
Perform updates and tests across all components of the landscape.
Work and Collaborate with internal Project Teams including external resources.
Provide consistent and frequent project status updates.
Cisco Unified Call Manager Clusters and Cisco Unity Connection Voice Mail.
Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Service Gateways (Routers, CUSP, and etc.).
Experience of Cisco CUCM CDR including CLI SQL Queries.
Hands-On multisite contact center systems integration experience with ACD and IVR with Cisco UCCE preferred.
Genesys Customer Experience and Call Center a plus.
Cisco IPT integration experience with Microsoft Active Directory in an Enterprise environment.
Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Services, Jabber, CUPS. CCA and SaaS Model solutions including HCS Desirable.
Knowledge of WAN (MPLS/VRF), Routing Protocols BGP, Wi-Fi, DHCP/DNS.
Knowledge of Edge firewall deployments and migrations that includes site to site connectivity using Ipsec tunnels and creating DMZ networks.
Knowledge of network subletting.
Experience in developing standards and process in transitioning engineering projects to Network Operations.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong experience working with the end users and internal customers.
Strong and proven record in configuring QoS on both WAN and LAN to ensure quality voice.
