The Network & System Engineer Assistant will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our data center and branches network and computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. They will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes.

Essential Functions: 1. Administrate and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure the smooth running of IT services in the company. 2. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrade for network equipment, servers and IP phones. 3.

Maintain effective IT infrastructure service level agreements and coordinate with related vendors, suppliers. Keep inventory of network equipment, software, and license users and initiate the re-ordering process if required. 4. Develop & update Data Center and Branches Network and information operational related Policies and Procedures 5.

Responsible for risk management which is associated with data center and branches infrastructure, including network and computers systems. 6. Plan and implement projects of data center infrastructure improvement and automation. 7. Monitor and resolve the various issues arising from network infrastructure and liaison with the vendor and colleagues in China if required.

Competencies: In order to perform the job successfully, an individual should meet the following criteria: 1. Professional Certifications such as CCNA,CCNP is preferable 2. Experience in working in the financial services industry is preferable 3.

Experience in working with network equipment and working in a virtualized server platform, such as VMware, Citrix. 4. Ability to set and manage priorities, able to work under pressure, keen attention to detail and has excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical and problem solving skills 6.

Effective communication skills 7. Able to be flexible in work scheduling
