We are currently seeking an individual to provide technical support to EXOS team members and infrastructure. The person in this position would also be responsible for advanced analysis, installation, maintenance and repair of EXOS hardware and software. This person would provide support via email, Internet, chat/IM, in person and phone. The individusl in this position would provide basic technical troubleshooting, i.e., receiving, assigning, escalating, resolving, tracking and reporting of customer technical issues as well as more advanced troubleshooting and serves as part of the escalation path for support requests. This candidate is expected to provide support and guidance to junior team members. The candidate will also evaluate existing systems and business unit needs to recommend, and implement system changes. This position may lead to additional growth opportunities. This person should be self-motivated and have strong communication, presentation, time management skills.

Setup, configuration and support for the LAN in a Windows-based environment
Configuration and support for the enterprise in a G-Suite for Business envirionment
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of computer systems, software, and networked applications used throughout the business.
Document, track and monitor problems in help desk ticketing application to ensure resolution within designated SLAs
Provide regular status reports detailing the status of applications and assigned projects
Provide smart phone support (email setups, app installations etc.)
Installation, configuration and maintenance of PC hardware
Manage backup systems
Participate in after-hours projects and on-call support as required
Negligible business travel is required in this position
Other related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
Professional experience/background to be successful in this role:
Must be able to articulate assistance with technical issues on a basic non-technical level for employees to understand. Communication in an empathetic caring manner is key in this role.
Three or more years managing Windows environments (desktop, file/print, Active Directory, basic networking)
Three or more years in a support position
One or more years experience handling multiple sites and multiple systems
Experience building, supporting and maintaining Windows 2008+ servers in highly-available configurations and an emphasis on data security
Must have experience with Active Directory design and support including Group Policy configuration, implementation and security
Win32 scripting/programming experience
Thorough understanding of various network protocols including, but not limited to, DHCP, DNS, FTP, and LDAP
Previous experience handling multiple sites containing multiple systems including remote administration in a corporate environment
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Reliable, able to work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
A team player with flexibilitywilling and able to quickly learn new technologies and tools as well as adjust priorities as necessary.
