Network and Infrastructure Supervisor
Salary: $77,000 - $85,000/year
Work Location: OTA Headquarters, 3500 Martin Luther King Ave., Oklahoma City
Support the Infrastructure and Network Manager to streamline the department's processes.
Liaison between business and Information Technology to understand complex business requirements and build cutting-edge solutions.
Aid in maintaining PCI compliance and work with IT Security Team to keep all OTA data secure.
Assist the IT Management Team with career development planning and cross training for respective areas.
Work with IT Management Team to continue to bring all departments together to deliver solutions and resolve issues as one Team.
Evaluate emerging technologies and systems to enhance technology services.
Enable and support network, systems, and operations.
Evaluate and review periodic staff reviews and PMPs.
Assist with management of IT budget as it relates to network and infrastructure.
Establish and stimulate department standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality network.
Allocate resources to assure attainment of appropriate business and personnel development goals.
Assist in developing, maintaining and testing disaster recovery plans.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
Monitor key infrastructure systems and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in building and running a yearly customer service review.
Assist with and/or assign resources to Network Center Level 3 helpdesk tickets and follow-up.
Assist IT Network and Infrastructure Services Manager with approving leave/scheduling time off for employees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of infrastructure and network operations; and of PCI compliance. Skill in financial planning and budget development; strong technical skills, including server administration, server backups, Microsoft Exchange, firewall and security appliances. Ability to work with a team; to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to transition seamlessly between "tech speak" and "end user"; to manage several projects simultaneously including creating documentation, identifying potential risks, and tracking tasks while maintaining appropriate priorities; to guide, coach and mentor team members; to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues in the short term and then diligently work towards root cause and final resolutions; to identify potential process improvement areas, suggest options, and recommend approaches; and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
A bachelor's degree and five years of experience in infrastructure, systems, and operations including a minimum of two years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of work experience for each year of the required education. Jira and Confluence experience desired.
Note: There will be no substitution for the supervisory experience.
