Network and Computer Systems Administrator (Menlo Park, CA) (multiple positions). Maintain and administer the property's computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Research and recommend improvement in existing systems and procedures.

Coordinate technical guidance to users in accordance with the needs of the business process. Prepare and/or help in the preparation of user operational manuals including check lists and procedures to be followed by the users. Ensure that all policies and procedures in the operation are followed in accordance with the set procedures.

Control, review and evaluate continuously existing configuration. Review requests for new hardware and software with the Corporate Director of Information Systems. Manage communication systems such as smartphone devices and instant messaging technology.

Implement network security systems, hardware and software firewalls and antivirus software. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Salary: $115,170-$125,170. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and two (2) years work experience in the job offered or in a related position overseeing disaster recovery, business continuity and Cyber Security plans in the hotel industry. Will accept a 3 year or 4-year bachelor's degree.

Also requires two (2) years' experience in a full-service hotel with each of the following: (1) Configuring and maintaining switching and routing environment for wired and wireless network infrastructure; (2) Managing cloud infrastructure technology with MS Azure, MS Active Directory and MS Security Center; (3) Configuring, managing, and maintaining local data center and LAN infrastructure using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V; (4) Installing and configuring data backup and disaster recovery using Veeam software, Barracuda appliance and SAN storage; and (5) Maintaining Oracle Opera Hotel PMS, Jonas Club Software and Shift4 system.
