Job Description

We are seeking a network engineer who can provide design, implementation, and troubleshooting with particular focus on modern datacenter network virtualization, convergence, and security. He/she provides network services support at an advanced level to end users and IT operational personnel. The candidate should have skills and experience in high-end network equipment (i.e. Cisco, Arista, Riverbed, Bluecoat, F5, Citrix), LAN/WAN protocols, network applications such as DNS, DHCP, and knowledge of network security policy and configuration.

  • Design, implement and manage security and networking architecture.

  • Work closely with server technology and network administrators through all phases of projects.

  • Research and provide recommendation of new technologies and solutions.

  • Collect and review network and security activity, and participate in network design and troubleshooting.

You Need:

  • 5 to 7 years of system and networking experience

  • Experience with Arista Switch and EOS CloudVision

  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructures, topologies and protocols

  • Strong hands-on experience in switch and routers such as Cisco Nexus 9000, 7000, 5000, 2000, 1000, Arista switches, firewalls, LAN-to-LAN and SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, and proxy servers

  • Understanding of network protocols and applications, such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Multicast, SNMP, Netflow and etc

  • Experience and concept in modern datacenter architecture and Software Defined Network (SDN)

  • Have experience in Linux/Unix and MS Windows servers, Active Directory and LDAP

  • Mastery-level skills in security configuration, analysis, intrusion detection and response, Encryption, VPN, and etc

  • Strong in troubleshooting different OSI layer issues and performance analysis by using sniffer tools

  • Good understanding in virtual hypervisors, server hardware technologies, SAN and NAS

  • Broad knowledge of current IT infrastructure trends and different cloud services

  • Strong project coordination skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
