We are seeking a technically strong individual to work with a team of other networking engineers. This role will be focused on completing design and delivery of client and data center solutions utilizing Cisco networking and F5 load
balancing/reverse proxy solutions.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Network Engineer is to ensure delivery networking projects (design, implementation, support) as assigned. Limited travel may be necessary, but vast majority of work in Tempe/Phoenix. Typical years of experience in the field is 5 or more.
Typically holds Bachelor's Degree.
Job Description
Leads medium-to-large complexity technical projects.
Build and support load balancing related infrastructure systems, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of F5 LTM
Participates as a subject matter expert on various application and technical projects with emphasis on load balancing.
Leads design and deployment of technical solutions including Cisco Nexus routing and switching solutions in Data Center.
Directs development of technical documentation.
Defines configuration guidelines for software and hardware.
Drives development of test plans and solution testing.
Directs development of support and end user documentation.
Provide leadership and mentoring to IT project and work teams.
Delegates project duties to other team members, as appropriate, and ensure they are on track with project deliverables.
Provides performance input on team members to department manager for teams performance evaluations.
Provides system and staff key productivity indicators (KPI's) to management.
Provide approvals for production change requests.
Ensures problems are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
Communicates effectively (both written and verbal) with various levels of management.
Tracks, monitors, and provides project status updates to senior leadership.
Provides level 3 problem resolution support.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years working with Load Balancers
3 + years working with F5 BIG-IP product family
Strong understanding of Application Delivery Controller (ADC)
3+ years networking experience designing both LAN's and WAN's.
1+ year of experience in a role leading project
Experience with Cisco networks (design, implementation, support).
Experience with voice and data communications network design.
Prior experience in a multi-platform and legacy system communications environment.
Experience with management and support of Cisco ASA-based VPN solutions
Demonstrated ability to project manage networking efforts (develop project plan, create documentation, etc.)

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in the Bank's Financial Crimes Compliance group. This role will provide significant exposure into Bank's global operations to continuously detect and mitigate risks associated with Financial Crimes. Major Responsibilities: * Review financial and trade alerts identified by the Bank's screening systems (includes real-time transaction and batch customer processes); determine if the transaction or account alerts are true or false-positive matches; conduct additional investigation when necessary; clearly and thoroughly document all decisions and findings with supporting rationale; * Escalate suspicious cases and/or patterns to senior leadership within Americas Sanctions Compliance and, when appropriate, other areas of the Bank such as the Financial Intelligence Unit; * Identify best practices or areas of improvement around the alert decisioning and investigations processes; * Identify and recommend list management improvements, for example, clarify handling instructions or recommend enhancements to geographic or risk-entity patterns triggering false-positives; * Provide reporting and system maintenance support; * Attend regular meetings with the Head of Americas Sanctions and Global Head of Sanctions; * Liaise and partner with Sanctions colleagues in the US (first and second line), Japan, London, and Singapore on reviewing transactions; * Review and assess operational impact of internally distributed Sanctions guidance; and * Support general compliance activities and other duties, including special projects, as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications: * 3 years of experience working in Sanctions Compliance or a related field; * Knowledge of sanctions and/or anti-money laundering laws and regulations; * Strong communication skills (verbal and written); and * B.A. /B.S.
