Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity.
Maintain pro-activeness on alerts/tasks by leveraging existing network monitoring tools
Configuring switches & Routers to maximize network efficiency and security.
Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
Investigating faults in the network
Updating network equipment to the latest firmware & IOS releases

Drive the network incident, outages, and deep diving to find the root cause and prevention plan
Create and define network operation best practices, documentation, and building SOP for training Juniors

Fine tune Network Devices with industry best practices
