Goal of Position

The Network Administrator is responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of the Network Infrastructure services for Schaeffler Group Americas. This includes, but it not limited to, LAN, WAN, WLAN, and extranet connections.

Your Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Two-year degree in Information Technology

  • Three+ years of experience providing network administration support in a enterprise environment

  • Experience coordinating troubleshooting processes for complex problems in collaboration with different internal and external interfaces

  • Deep knowledge of Cisco network components, Cloud networks (i.e., Microsoft Azure), and Network Automation (i.e., scripting, Cisco Prime Infrastructure & DNA Center)

  • Modest Project Management experience

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Fluent English skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical: Datacenter management experience - Planning, Operations, DCIM

  • Interpersonal: Communication, listening, verbal, technical writing, team player

  • Organizational: Multiple tasks, project planning, time management, problem solving, analytical

  • Certifications: CCNA, ITIL

Tasks

  • Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues

  • Install and configure network infrastructure systems, software, firmware, etc.

  • Align with Global Network Connectivity team to support global/regional/local network infrastructure initiatives

  • Participate in design of global/regional strategies, concepts, processes and service improvements based on operational experience

  • Calculate technical requirements for new systems or expansions

  • Sizing and procurement of network infrastructure components

  • Incident and Problem ticket handling

We are a values-based community of professionals that are committed to high performance and dedicated to Caring, Serving, and Growing together.</p><p>The Leave Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, HR Operations and will primarily be responsible for overseeing all leave requests and accommodations. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team committed to partnering with our teammates in their leave and/or accommodation requests. In this role, you will have the ability to work remotely. Our corporate office is located in White Plains, NY.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Manage day-to-day leave programs (FMLA, Paid Family Leave, STD and LTD plans)</p></li><li><p>Coordinate Leave of Absence (FML, PFL, disability and ADA) requests and liaise with third part vendor on the administration.</p></li><li><p>Advises managers and teammates on leave eligibility, including how PTO, FMLA, STD and Paid Family leave work together.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the return-to-work process for teammates returning from FMLA, workers compensation or other leaves.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate other leave requests, which may include ADA accommodations.</p></li><li><p>Maintains complete and accurate records of leave requests in partnership with our third-party administrator.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of all applicable leave and accommodation laws including the FMLA, ADA, PFL, and state and local laws.</p></li><li><p>Oversee COVID tracking for weekly testing and vaccine requirements for state/local requirements.</p></li><li><p>Partner with vendors to ensure all benefit workflows and processes are properly configured and documented, and work to identify areas of opportunity for systematic improvements and automations.</p></li><li><p>Provide back-up support to our Benefits Specialist and HR Operations team.</p></li><li><p>Lead special projects throughout the year in support of benefit and leave objectives.</p></li><li><p>Perform other related duties as required and assigned.</p></li></ul><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.</p></li><li><p>2-4 years of Leave experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the leave requirements for FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws.</p></li></ul><p>SKILLS:</p><ul><li><p>Must be detail oriented, resourceful, responsive and be able to function in a fast paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience using Microsoft products including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</p></li><li><p>Previous experience using HRIS system preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work on multiple projects and see them through to completion.</p></li><li><p>Ability to problem solve and be resourceful.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional time management skills.</p></li></ul><p>Ivy is a Leading Provider of Outpatient Rehabilitation:</p><p>At Ivy, we are a values-based community committed to high performance and dedicated to Caring, Serving and Growing together.</p><ul><li><p>Ivy is one of the largest, fastest growing outpatient Physical Therapy companies in the country, with high double digit Revenue and EBITDA growth over the past 4 years.
