Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Network Administrator, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The NIS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.

ManTech is a leading contributor to our nation's Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission. We have assembled a team with some of the most talented cyber professionals in the Intelligence Community, Federal Government, and Military Services. These engineers are passionate, innovative, and creative and they change how we, as a country, fight and defend on a new battlefield.

Responsibilities are include, but no limited to:

  • Working in network administration.

  • Supporting the following technologies: virtual machines, SAN storage solutions. UCS processing, and user workstations.

Desired:

  • Experience maintaining and deploying networks within a cloud environment, such as Amazon AWS and S3.

Security Clearance:

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,

Information Security/Assurance, Information Technology, or related information

operations discipline; or, *two additional years of equivalent technical work experience

in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in network

administration.

  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting

the following technologies: virtual machines, SAN storage solutions. UCS

processing, and user workstations.

The candidate must have hands-on technical experience in administering client-server networking configurations, including servers, routers, switches, and workstations. The candidate will be responsible for the architecture, design, installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of networks, including servers, routers, switches, and workstations associated with local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Primary Responsibilities * Update, configure, and manage IT system infrastructure and networks for the entire program * Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance program function and efficiency * Update, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows servers and Windows OS workstations in a network domain environment * Consult for IT projects and cross-train employees as required * Provide procurement support to acquire software, software maintenance and hardware in a non-attributable way * CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required 5-10% of the time Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience.
