Integr8staff seeks a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to lead infrastructure and application oversight for an industry leading commercial and residential construction company with locations in the Western US. You work for yourself and your peers.Responsibilities of the Network Administrator positionLeads the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network architectures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Collaborates with internal teams to integrate network solutions into overall IT strategies.
Manage MS Office 365 users.
Understands cloud networking concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations with little to no downtime.
Monitors network performance, identifies and implements solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.
Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware /software issues.
Proficient in diagnosing Network related connectivity issues and system problems and replacing equipment when necessary.
Building and setting up computer networks by physically installing, connecting, configuring equipment, and ensuring company-wide connectivity throughout.
Configure, monitor, and maintain email exchange, active directory and security protection software.
Plan, manage and executes development and operation of technology solutions to meet business needs and make recommendations for continuous growth.
Training of users on techniques to minimize malicious software threats.
Maintain network security through proactive monitoring with the ability to analyze and isolate issues immediately to ensure a thorough resolution.
Communicate to staff of any updates or changes that affect operations of department.
Believes in and champions company’s core values and inspires others to do the same.
Other duties or projects as required or assignedRequirements of the Network Administrator position Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, and technical support.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of related IT experience, specifically Network Administration
Five (5+) plus years in a higher-level role (Education can be substitute by years of experience and knowledge)
California Class C Driver License, with good DMV record is required.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft/Office365 Cloud Services and Mobile Device Management.
Experience with FortiNet Products preferred (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, Fort Manager, FortiSIEM, FortiAPs) and Microsoft Office 365.
Working knowledge of Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, VOIP, Telnet, and SSH.)
Strong network security experience
Proficient with Azure and Google Cloud services.
Must be able to use critical thinking to effectively solve complex issues
Ability to communicate well, and work with other team members.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Self-motivated and follows direction of supervisors, but also able to work without constant direct supervision
Excellent verbal/ written communications skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex content and documents.
Safety oriented and quality driven
Position requires the ability to travel to all business locations
At times must be able to work long and/or flexible hours. Plus, weekends as required.
Keeps up with evolving technologies and adapts to new challenges and changes.
Solves Problems & Analyzes Issues: Has and applies problem analysis and problem-solving skills on a technical and interpersonal level.
Resolves complex network issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting resolution.
Mentors junior team, sharing knowledge and best practices for effective problem-solving.
