We are looking for a skilled network administrator to join the team responsible for managing the IT infrastructure for Citadel Completions. Role responsibilities include monitoring the network to ensure availability and security, installation of new hardware/software, remediation of network vulnerabilities, firewall management, and troubleshooting technical issues from other departments.


  • Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade networks and in-house servers.

  • Ensure all network components maintain up-to-date firmware and patch upgrades.

  • Manage network/IT security including firewall and intrusion detection systems.

  • Maintain network performance and identify network anomalies by actively monitoring the network and making changes as needed.

  • Work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise.

  • Provide tier 3 support for all infrastructure

  • Participate in routine backup and recovery testing.

  • Work with leadership to establish IT policies and procedures.

  • Maintain and contribute to IT documentation.

  • Installation of hardware and cabling

  • Manage projects for IT infrastructure

Requirements (Must-haves)

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)

  • Knowledge of Cisco IOS Switch Management

  • Knowledge of Cisco Wireless Controller Management

  • Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall Management

  • Basic knowledge of Linux administration

  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP

Working Conditions

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night

Headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, BEO also manages several permanent global equipment storage and support facilities.</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Project Equipement Management System Adminstrator reports to the Project Equipment Manager. This individual provides training and support in utilizing the Project Equipment Management System (PEMS) database, an asset management software system used in forecasting, tracking, and estimating of equipment for projects worldwide to the global Bechtel construction jobsite teams. May be in an office supporting project(s) or a site location. Analyzes and interprets data for billing, measurement of utilization, and deployment summaries. Maintains working relationships with project personnel. Maintains contacts with corporate functional departments such as Finance and Project Controls.</p><p>Responsibilites:</p><ul><li><p>Manage equipment data information and transfers in the database.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and enhance equipment inventory database functionality by assisting with open program development items and testing.</p></li><li><p>On or off- site project support scheduling and forecasting as required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain construction equipment schedules for projects.</p></li><li><p>Analyze, interpret and generate reports including but not limited to asset management control.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project's equipment plan/forecast/actuals.</p></li><li><p>Complete requisitions for parts and equipment as needed.</p></li><li><p>Manage recommended spare parts lists.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and technical guidance and assist with project setup as required.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications and Skills</p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in automated systems; intermediate proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite applications, particularly database and scheduling applications.</p></li><li><p>Advanced experience as database administrator.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of asset management.</p></li><li><p>Intermediate knowledge in material and quality control.</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of Production Management (PEMS, Tool Utilization, and Three Week Look Ahead Schedule).</p></li><li><p>On one or more projects, performs the duties for coordination of activities related to the area of responsibility and interfaces with all other operating sections of the jobsite.</p></li><li><p>Regional or multi project responsibility for coordination and reporting of all assigned regional projects and coordination with fleet manager and fleet service manager.</p></li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>AEMP Equipment Management Specialist (EMS) certification preferred.</p></li><li><p>Planning and schedule experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>General construction equipment knowledge preferred.</p></li><li><p>Financial background preferred.</p></li></ul><p>Shaping tomorrow together</p><p>Bechtel is one of the most respected global engineering, construction, and project management companies.
