Key Role:

Responsible for the analysis, administration and support of voice, video, or data communications networks. Manage the Enterprise Network for resource availability. Process Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI's) as directed by Management. Provide After Action Reports (AARs) for Problem Management resolution. Evaluate hardware and software, including peripheral, output, and equipment. Participate in and may lead aspects of major network installations and upgrades. Provide advice and training to end-users.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with monitoring and configurating crypto equipment
Experience with network troubleshooting techniques
Experience with compliance with network security policies and procedures
Experience with LAN and WAN troubleshooting
Experience with WAN circuit technologies, including T1, DS3, OC-3, OC-12, or OC-192
Experience with programming and troubleshooting KG-175A and KG-175D encryptors, including 10G encryptors
Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper routers and switches
Knowledge of operating systems and applications as they pertain to the network environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS Diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with Network Administration, Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience with Network Administration, Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with Network Administration, Master's degree and 6+ years of experience with Network Administration, or Doctorate degree and 4+ years of experience with Network Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000 to $166,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
