• Part of technology, work with BTI teams, with hardware in datacenters, team is responsible for care and feeding of those devices. Software updates, configurations, etc.

• Typically, about 2 cycles a year to get through all software updates.

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

• F5 administration (v13)- 5+ years

• VIPs

• Certificates

• I Rules

• Pools

• Nodes

• Troubleshooting

Flex Skills:

• ServiceNow

• DNS

• Splunk

• Big-IQ- management platform for F5s

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

• Communication Written and Verbal

• Self-motivated
