?Ensures network is intact and operational 24/7. Assesses and takes action on any potential security risks to the network and informs senior leadership of action taken.
?Responds to Tier II and III help desk issues while mentoring and training level I and II roles to learn new skills and knowledge
?Monitors employees' network user access to company computer resources through Microsoft Active Directory as directed by Company Security policies
?Provides full support for all third-party software installations on company computers. This includes installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting and answering product questions
?Provides hardware support for all company desktop and laptop computer workstations using software diagnostic tools, existing knowledge requires more than e of system components, and third-party support from hardware vendors
?Leads team members through complex technical and networking issues Responsible for compliance software licensing agreements and maintains accurate records for reporting purposes to senior leadership
?Bachelor's Degree; equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis.
?5 - 6 years of applicable experience.
?Very strong Microsoft Active Directory knowledge/experience
?Hardware and software knowledge and trouble shooting skills
