Network Account Manager
Summary/objective
The Network Account Manager is responsible for driving "add on" product and service sales within assigned isolved Network Certified Partners.
Core Job Duties
Develop a thorough understanding of isolved's robust suite of SaaS offerings.
Proactively develop relationships with isolved Network's Certified Partners.
Understand Network Partner's business goals and drivers.
Execute on all Network Account Manager marketing and sales initiatives.
Timely complete and process inbound add-on-service requests and orders from Network Partners .
Perform as an advisor and consultant to our Network Partners for our isolved add on products and services.
Collaborate with Partner Success Managers on Network Partner initiatives.
Update our CRM with relevant sales pipeline, partner notes, and marketing program designations

Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work

Minimum Qualifications
1-2+ years of inside sales experience
Proven relationship-building abilities
The insight and maturity to "manage up" to high-ranking decision makers in companies of varying size and scope
A passion for technology
MS Office proficiency

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
