Role: NetSuite Functional finance specialist with hospitality / retail experience. Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a NetSuite Functional finance specialist with hospitality / retail experience.
Candidate should be highly skilled Functional Architect with a focus on NetSuite ERP solutions to join our team as a Manager - Projects. With a requirement of 10-14 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of NetSuite ERP systems across various domains, particularly in Food Services and Finance & Accounting, ensuring our projects align with business objectives and drive efficiency. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and execute complex NetSuite financial projects, with a proven track record of successful projects Design and configure NetSuite solutions focusing on General Ledger/Financials, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report business processes Provide expert guidance on NetSuite best practices and system optimization Implement and optimize Intercompany Accounting processes and streamline Fixed Asset Management solutions Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating complex needs into practical NetSuite solutions Excellent communicator which means a keep listening ability, be able to think deeply through the problems, and use their functional and NetSuite experience to offer solutions Work efficiently with offshore teams, smoothly manage the communication, hand-off and delivery involving diverse geographic teams and time-zones. Document business processes, system configurations, and technical specifications Train and support end users in NetSuite functionality and operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Minimum Qualifications: 1. 8 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite financial implementations 2. Deep expertise in NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, and Warehousing 3.
Strong understanding of Intercompany Accounting processes and implementations 4. Proven experience working in shared services environments 5. Results driven and take full ownership and responsibility of assigned projects 6.
CPA certification preferred 7. Experience with tribal organizations, government entities, clinics, or casino operations is highly desired 8. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) 9.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities 10. Required CERTIFIED NETSUITE ERP CONSULTANT Applications will be accepted until 03/11/2025 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
