POSITION OVERVIEW
You will serve as an internal subject matter expert for all things NetSuite You will help drive and support the adoption of NetSuite as we expand our capabilities across the Enterprise. You will be an administrator for the platform and support new and existing systems integrations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelors degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required
- Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred
- Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes
- Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system
- Experience generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite
- Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management
- Business acumen and ability to connect business needs with the right technical solutions
- Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows
- The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to do independent technical work
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform NetSuite administrative functions such as customizations of forms, fields, and reports and create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, suite-lets, and other custom solutions
- Lead data and/or related systems integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite, including implementing BI platforms
- Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems
- Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation
- Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solution designs to achieve defined business or process objectives
- Provide support and subject matter expertise to users, company employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers
- Lead report writing and analytics efforts for company financial information
- Assist in the maintenance of our integrated platform testing application
- Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production
- Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform
- Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers, and executives
- Take lead on NetSuite technical projects related to our implementation of new capabilities, functionalities, modules, 3rd party integrations & add-ons, including new instance implementations
- Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed
- Complete additional responsibilities as required
