Netsuite Administrator

Job Summary

The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in managing and optimizing the Meyer NetSuite environment. This position requires a solid understanding of NetSuite functionality, along with strong problem solving skills and a strategic mindset. You will oversee supporting, planning, configuration, and maintenance of the Meyer NetSuite environment as well as creating and updating Meyer NetSuite documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, and Inventory management.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements.

• Work closely with developers to integrate NetSuite with other business applications.

• Customize forms, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.

• Oversee and plan testing cycles for all new NetSuite releases.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to NetSuite configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Experience with transition to NetSuite from any legacy ERP system preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments.

• NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation Certification.

• Familiarity with NetSuite Analytics Data Warehouse and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a warehouse and distribution environment is a plus.
