Amazon's NetZero Carbon (NZC) Business team, is looking for a highly independent Senior Program manager, passionate about sustainability, with extraordinary stakeholder management capabilities, Finance and analytical skills, strategic thinking and a go do attitude to define and improve standards across our global Operations towards decarbonization. Your responsibilities will include working with business teams, Finance teams and Net Zero Carbon managers to identify business investment priorities for decarbonization, carbon forecasting, and managing regional carbon targets across our fulfillment and logistics network.

You will be a subject matter expert in Finance, with a strong business understanding, that will advise and support priority actions that will accelerate our Net Zero progress.

To succeed in this role, you will combine a strong sense of ownership, grit, leadership, ability to influence and analytic skills, that will help you navigate in ambiguous environments.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management

  • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience in Finance Management

  • Experience in managing stakeholders, including influencing decision makers and cross-functional teams

  • MBA/Master's degree

  • Degree in Finance Management

  • 3+ years' experience in managing and measuring sustainability impact

  • Carbon accounting experience

  • Familiarity with GHG protocol

  • Knowledge of query, data analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
