Net Developer

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2.10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

3.Proven experience in a leadership or technical leadership role, overseeing a team of developers.

4.In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C++, OnBase and related technologies.

5.Experience with modern web development frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, Angular, or React.

6.Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

7.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

8.Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.

10. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
