Robert Half Technology is seeking a Senior .Net Developer to join our growing team. The Senior .Net Developer will develop custom applications, enhancements and perform problem resolution on internal platforms while working closely with the IT Application Manager and key users to design and build application solutions in a dynamic and detail oriented environment. Essential Functions: ? Development of robust and user-friendly ASP.NET-based web applications ? Prepare documentation including abstracts, flow charts and user instructions ? Collaborate with business partners and IT colleagues to formulate technical solutions that provide business efficiencies ? Evaluate and recommend improvements to IT programming and design methodologies ? Take ownership of daily project needs and communications ? Design of database driven software systems and Web Applications ? Create, test and document programs, reports and processes on client-server and web based SQL platforms ? Learn internal business process and workflow Qualifications Required Skills Abilities: ? Strong experience developing full stack Web applications using ASP.NET MVC ? Strong experience writing T-SQL and stored procedures with SQL Server 2012 ? General understanding of IIS ? General use of source control and source code change management tools ? Provide 2nd level support for existing ERP and web applications Required Credentials: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study ? 3-5 years programming experience with extensive knowledge of the following programming languages/ Web Technologies: o C#, ASP.NET MVC

Job Summary Responsible for supervising, planning, and prioritizing all inbound and outbound freight distribution operations and warehouse usage; and providing guidance for packing and equipment use. Supervises, trains, and schedules distribution staff to ensure an efficient and profitable operation. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide responsible supervision and control for all department activities. * Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. * Plan the daily work schedule by reviewing existing work orders, arrival notices, and instructions from customers. * Assess priorities based on time sensitivity and available resources. * Review pending jobs or trends, plan for reorganization of warehouse space, and needed changes in levels of supplies, equipment, or staffing needs. * Train new staff in assigned duties, or delegate training responsibility to other experienced staff. * Assess progress of trainees and add additional duties as appropriate. * Monitor quantity and quality of jobs being performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary. * Assign supervisory duties to staff acting in a lead capacity. * Communicate with manager throughout the day regarding progress and any problems or issues. * Conduct regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess group's overall status; discuss ideas for improvement and inform staff of new developments. * Provide quality training and development activities of assigned staff * Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports. * Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience * High School Diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions or other related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience and completion of the LDP Program. * Minimum four years related experience. * Minimum three years industry experience preferred. * Minimum one year supervisory or lead experience required. Certifications and Licenses * Valid state issued Driver's License * Forklift Driver Certification * DOT Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification. Languages and Communication Skills * Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. * Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers. Computer Skills * PC Literate * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
