We are seeking a full time C# developer with 6+ years' experience working with enterprise applications spanning the .NET stack in a multi team environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for design, development, maintenance, and support of applications using various stacks such as (but not limited to) ASP.Net WebForms, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, Winforms, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, IIS Candidate must be detailed oriented with strong communication and problem solving skills.

Must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications to team(s) offshore. Ability to work within a rapidly changing priority environment with the drive deliver quality code.

Responsibilities:

Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

Perform peer review of code

Integrate data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}}

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Lead, guide and direct offshore resources

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of .NET web framework

Proficient in C#, with 6-9 years of experience

Windows Server 2008+

IIS7+

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

Experience using ORM tools

Skill for writing reusable libraries

Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

Knowledge of concurrency patterns

Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server

Experience with popular web application frameworks

Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications

Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR)

Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and TFS

Desired Skills:

IBM ODM - Business Rules Engine or equivalent experience on similar platform

Experience working with offshore resources and coordinating their efforts
