Our large government client in the process of a complete system overhaul and is looking for a .NET Angular developer to support the recent efforts of addressing the technology obsolescence within the majority of the modules so that they are aligned with current business, security, accessibility and legal requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Apply advanced software development experience and skill to accomplish project objectives.
Work independently with minimal guidance while also participating on project teams.
Prepare and participate in release readiness for software development deployments to the TEST and PROD environments.
Prepare and participate in continuous process improvement efforts.
Provide clear, concise and honest communication.
Provide other development, as needed.

Required Skills:
2 engagements of 7 months or longer with different organizations using Angular at least one engagement using Angular 4.0+.
3 engagements of 7 months or longer with different organizations using C#.NET application development.
1 engagement of 7 months or longer using ASP.NET Web API development.
2 engagements of 7 months or longer with different organizations using Entity Framework.
2 engagements of 7 months or longer with different organizations using the Bootstrap library for responsive web development.
1 engagement of 7 months or longer with development of objects in SQL Server e.g. stored procedures.

Desired Skills:
Criminal Justice experience.
Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
Experience developing software with the .NET Core framework.
Experience with an application requiring authentication and role-based authorization.
Collaborative software development team experience up to at least 4-5 team members.

This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. He/she also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, development of care plan, implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The Registered Nurse manages and supervises the care of residents through a well defined care delivery system. This Nurse Manager would be expected to float between Monarch facilities where help is most needed. AA/EOE Duties: Facilitates Care Planning Process: collects data utilizing the MDS; Assesses residents; assists in development of care plan using the RAPS and Triggers; attends quarterly and annual care conferences; monitors change of condition and revises care plan; assists and completes assessments. Uses standards of care and specific policies to perform nursing care procedures for residents. Supervises and manages RN's, LPN's and NA/R's. Manages all staff when in charge of building. Completes performance appraisals. Confronts, corrects and explains unprofessional behavior. Completes charting. Collects resident assessment data. Gathers and documents data on admissions and discharges. Administers medications, signs out medications and treatments including PRN's, Reviews medication and treatment sheets monthly. Qualifications: Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota. A Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree is preferred. Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider. Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
