Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, be licensed in the state of Hawaii, and perform physical therapy services, including assessments and supervisory visits.

The role also involves community outreach through expos and presentations at ALFs, focusing on fall risk assessments. Key Responsibilities: Perform physical therapy services for home-based clients.

Conduct initial and ongoing physical assessments and reassessments. Execute fall risk assessments at ALFs and community expos. Provide supervision for client care, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Represent the organization at expos and ALF events, delivering informative presentations. Travel to various client and event locations as needed. Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Hawaii.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or home-based care setting. Experience with fall risk assessments preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
