Job Summary:

• Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at our facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our senior residents. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and weekly pay.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and facilitating community activities

• Monitor and record changes in resident's physical and emotional well-being

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure resident needs are met

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Hawaii

• Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living facility is preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Dedication to providing high-quality care and compassion for the elderly
