Job Description

Work on the Nearshore Service Line, collaborate with all the team members that work within the service line. Under supervision, assist with tender reviews and preparation of proposals for review, including negotiation and adjustment, to suit client requirements and scope changes, contract deliverables.

Partake in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting all aspects of the Nearshore Service Line. Discuss with stakeholders project requirements, technical deliverables, schedules, etc. to ensure that compliant proposals can be submitted that address client requirements. Work on Requests for lnformation (RFls) and Pre-Qualifications (peFs)to new and existing clients, and/or for new projects or pursuits.

Act as technical liaison to individuals within and outside of the company. Produce Project Program. Review contract technical specification to ensure that all of client requirements may be met or make recommendations for alternatives and gain client agreement going forward.

Review Contract Agreement to ensure that company can meet the terms of the Agreement. Negotiate and define specific mechanisms prior to commencement. Gather performance data on all aspects of the project and submit to head office weekly and monthly reports.

Ensure the Project Management Plan, Execution Plan, Method Statements and Risk Assessments are in place for all activities and have been communicated to, and fully understood by, all site personnel. Ensure all project documentation is reviewed on a continuous basis, updated as necessary and changes are communicated and briefed to all site personnel. Ensure an Emergency Response Plan and an Environmental Management Plan are in place and all personnel on site are briefed on and understand its contents. Assist the Barge Master/Site Supervisor to ensure all maintenance and

inspection records are completed and submitted to relevant head office departments. Ensure accurate daily site records are maintained.

Highlight to all site personnel what records/details are essential to complete an accurate measure and final claim. Responsibility for undertaken incident reviews and closing out in line with company processes, report finding to clients and discuss mitigating measures going forward. Arrange Kick-Off and Wrap-Up meetings, financial monitoring of the Service Line to ensure that it is meeting the yearly profit plan and targets.

Develop monthly financial reports that fall in line with company's financial reporting process. Work with the Service Line Director to develop a plan to ensure financial targets can be met. Financial planning and monitoring on the individual projects and identifying if a project is on target both financially and time wise.

Ensure the Management of Change process is followed and support the sign off. Ensure Qualified Acceptance Certificates and/or Sectional/Certificates are obtained. Ensure Substantial Completion and/or Final Acceptance Certificates are obtained.

Support the delivery of QHSSE initiatives throughout the business. Give feedback on company systems with a view to continual improvement.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Oceanography, or Civil Engineering.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

2 years of progressive offshore/nearshore/land site characterization experience, working on operations, project management and financial management/control within the nearshore zone including the use of jack-up platforms, barges, conventional vessels and specialist soft ground / shallow water vehicles for both geotechnical and geophysical

operations.
