Responsibilities:
Follow customer specifications, industry-recommended practices, and company procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform all assignments, duties, and tasks safely while following standard operating procedures.
Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
Set up and calibrate equipment accordingly per work order.
Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to the appropriate Supervisor/ Manager to ensure effective and safe operations.
Performing quality checks throughout production runs.
Inform the Supervisor/ Manager or his designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.
Follow all Company HSE and QMS policies and procedures; report to the appropriate personnel any violations.
Accurately create and maintain inspection and production reports as required.
Perform other various job duties that may be required by the Supervisor/ Manager or their designees.
Job Qualifications:
Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions, and be a team player.
Self-motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi-task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 yrs minimum of Quality Experience is required
Level II Certifications are required. NDT, VTI, MPI, LPT, EMI, UT
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to operate measurement tools and equipment properly.
Willing to work overtime as needed
