Job description/Requirements:

• 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience and skills in records management and administration skills.
• 2-4 years security specialist experience and working in a classified environment
• 1-2 years of Information Security/Classification Management experience preferred but will accept Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reviewing experience.

Professional Development

• Contractor will complete the required training in accordance with the Classification Review Program Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Place of Performance

• This position will be conducted at NCIS Headquarters, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico VA 22134. Work hours:

Arrive no earlier than 6:00am and no later than 8:00am depart no earlier than 3:00pm no later than 5:00pm,

• Monday-Friday. Contractor can have the option of teleworking per direction of the Government Lead.

Government Furnished Equipment

The contents of the scope of work will require the Contractor to have access to communication means including,

computer with audio/video equipment and telephone. There will be no government furnished equipment provided.

Security

The contractor shall be a United States Contractor, licensed, chartered, or incorporated in the United States. The

Contractor shall perform this contract in accordance with CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program

Operating Manual (NISPOM) and shall ensure that classified material is handled in accordance with the latest appropriate security classification specification. See DD Form 254 provided. Contractor must have a Facility

Clearance of Top Secret.

All personnel must be eligible and adjudicated for a Top Secret security clearance. Sensitive Compartmented

Information (SCI) eligibility is preferred. If Contractor does not have SCI eligibility, the NCIS Special Security
