Position SummaryArray is hiring LCSWs who are licensed in North Carolina for a part-time or full-time 100% teletherapy position to provide emergency services assessments. Array specializes in providing on-demand evaluations and care to its partners. On-demand clinicians are able to immerse themselves in the fast-paced assessments completed in emergency department or crisis center settings from the comfort of their own home. On-demand clinicians collaborate with the onsite professionals to provide comprehensive care that focuses on determining appropriate disposition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
  • Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
  • Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
  • Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individuals thoughts, feelings and behaviors
  • Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
  • Maintain documentation within partner sites EMR
  • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
  • Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
  • Maintain all required certifications and licenses

Job Requirements

  • Licensed clinical social workers (LCSW)
  • Clinicians must be licensed in North Carolina
  • Professional licensure must enable independent practice
  • Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
  • Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

Logistics

  • Malpractice insurance and insurance credentialing will be covered
  • All equipment (laptop, camera, etc.) is provided by Array Behavioral Care
  • Online software and technology support will be provided
  • Candidates are required to have a private office space in their home or elsewhere to ensure confidentiality
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and consistently maintain credentials on payer panels
