JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development, implementation and optimization of future-state MPTE operating model(s) based on leading industry practices utilizing Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies
Integrate HCD tools and methodologies with operational fleet data to improve the quality and efficacy of Sailor-Focused systems
Partner with relevant stakeholders across the domain to innovate, develop solutions and deliver results in support of Transformation efforts
Support analysis of MPTE personnel processes and organizational requirements relative to the MPTE domain functional areas; specifically, analysis for gaps, redundancies and inefficiencies for the future state
Identify, sequence and prioritize personnel processes that, if re-engineered, would provide improved user experience
Track and report performance metrics (i.e., measures of effectiveness, measures of performance and key performance indicators)
Develop new criteria to measure program accomplishments and/or develop new approaches for program evaluation
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Security Clearance: Secret
SECRET Security Clearance
5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, financial analysis and business process improvement
Outstanding communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Navy MPTE experience.
Experience leveraging Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technologies
Experience coordinating with stakeholders
