Background & Purpose of the Job
The primary purpose of the
Natural Channel Strategy & Integration Manager is to develop sustainedbusiness relationships with/and to drive profitable sales volume through channel,in addition to forward looking integration and strategy, proactively with ouracquisitions within the Naturals channel. This individual will be highlyengaged face to face at our Englewood Cliffs offices with our teams in Channel and
Customer Development, Sector Business Development, and Brand.
Operationally, this individualis responsible for achieving volume goals while maintaining spending goalsbased on established targets and what brands and customers are trying toachieve according to their joint business plan. It is imperative that they havestrong business acumen and a working knowledge of cross functions and Unileverbusiness planning systems.
This individual will develop astrong understanding of the Natural Channel and the strategic role it plays asa pivot channel for our organization. They will find solutions that align channel/customer needs andexpectations with internal business objectives and processes. Strategically, this individual is responsiblefor creating and driving a longer term Naturals channel strategy and workingstrategically with our Customer and Channel Development teams to launch newcustom brands in the Naturals space and maximize the portfolio of existingbrands.

WhoYou Are & What You'll Do
Drive operational excellence.
Streamline administrative BDM processesand oversee/lead transition to contract resources to complete this work
Manage the relationship with the Channeland Category Directors
Drive seamless integration of acquisitionsand integrations (specifically Schmidt's, Sundial, Tazo & Pukka) within the
Naturals channel over the coming 12 month integration period
Coordinate Annual Planning efforts
Drive trade investment effectiveness andefficiency
Customize corporate marketing andmerchandising programs with customer
Develop corporate marketing andmerchandising programs
Manage NSV and trade investment by eachcustomer
Routinely interface with multiple internaland external departments/personnel
Coordinate Joint Business Plans withcustomer teams
Balance individual customer needs, whileensuring total Market integrity
Drive Strategic Relationships andaccelerated growth, while operating within approved Trade Marketing parameters,and driving trade investment effectiveness and efficiency
Work effectively as part of a Channel Team,while maintaining a positive connection and relationship with internal andother direct teams.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's degree required
5 years of experience in consumer goods andsales/customer development
Strong understanding of customer operations andchannel drivers
Strong understanding of customer business planning andfinancial drivers
Holistic business thinking with clear evidence ofaddressing business challenges and delivery
Experience in Naturals channel preferred
