Manage and support natural gas scheduling requirements for LDC's, interstate pipelines and/or intrastate pipelines. This position requires working before/after regular office hours including some/or holidays and weekends.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for basic account management for the retail portfolio.
Enter and balance nominations in time for all relevant pipeline/ldc deadlines.
Monitor and communicate pipeline operational information posting to Traders and colleagues in a timely manner.
Manage pipeline imbalances, monitor and resolve pipeline volume discrepancies.
Enter and manage pipeline and LDC data in Entegrate Application Suite (Energy Trade/Risk Management System).
Reconcile transportation in invoices and perform other operational functions as requested.
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
Must demonstrate problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines
Must have strong communication skills(both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet highest attendance requirements and perform multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement.
Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines.
