Analyzes and administers complex non-standard contracts. Analyzes and updates contract database used to reflect information on traditional sales, spot sales and gathering, processing, and transportation agreements. Prepares and updates contract briefs in Ariba. Prepares and monitors applications and filings required by State and Federal regulations necessary for compliance and to receive rate increases where applicable. Researches contracts to include volume/value histories and well/property dedication analysis. Verifies the delivery of and payments for oil or gas produced in accordance with contract. May review and/or conduct market research regarding natural gas pricing and trends for management reports; may provide guidance and training to all other staff as appropriate. Works under minimal guidance.
Assists in the maintenance and administration of existing natural gas contracts
Monitors joint owner marketing arrangements to determine owners in CLR market group, TIK WIO's & marketing interest changes for balancing
Responsible for monthly wellhead percentage allocation reporting to multiple pipelines
Perform monthly contract audits as needed
Assist with monthly revenue accrual process

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Three (3) or more years experience in contract administration
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business or closely related field.
Three (3) or more years experience in contract administration specifically in exploration/production environment.
