Scope of Work.
The Department is seeking a Natural / DB2 Applications Development Analyst services in support of the Departments Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR).
Consultant Responsibilities.
Applications Development Analyst Task List. The consultant will perform the following tasks and fulfill the following duties and responsibilities necessary to complete work assigned by the Departments Contract Manager, in support of FLAIR:

Provide Department staff support and perform problem solving activities as requested by the Departments Contract Manager.
Document business and technical requirements for approval by the Departments Contract Manager.
Produce fully tested and commented application code implemented in the production environment.
Develop tests to ensure the system meets requirements identified by the Departments Contract Manager.
Provide application and technical documentation as required by the Departments Contract Manager.
Develop technical documentation as specified in subsection 5.b., Deliverables, and provide software maintenance as required by the Departments Contract Manager.
Maintain the system through deployment of defect fixes, implementation of scheduled enhancement releases, and performance of daily system support activities.

Periodic Status Reports as instructed
Time Reports as instructed
Technical Documentation
Prepare any other documentation and submit it as required by the Departments Contract Manager.

Experience working with Natural Programming Language

Experience working with the technologies and tools used for the FLAIR applications

Experience with application specific technical skills in JCL and DB2
