What You’ll Do: Lead Advanced Wound Care – Diagnose and develop customized treatment plans for diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, venous ulcers, and more. Perform Innovative Treatments – Provide debridement, advanced dressings, NPWT (negative pressure wound therapy), and skin graft applications using state-of-the-art technology.

Empower Patients & Families – Educate and support patients in their healing journey to prevent recurrence and improve quality of life. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside physicians, nurses, and specialists to deliver superior, patient-centered care. Drive Better Outcomes – Participate in quality improvement initiatives that elevate the standard of wound care.

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Credentials – Master’s in Nursing (FNP) with a valid Illinois FNP license. Wound care certification (e.g., WOCNCB) is a plus Experience That Matters – 1-2 years as an FNP, with a strong background in wound care and expertise in diabetic ulcers, venous insufficiency wounds, and other complex cases.
