Attract and recruit more women advisors. Represent the AAG, AFG and AFIG recruiting channels with the goal of recruiting quality women advisors into our firm. Specific focus on women advisor engagement, candidate experience, and process. Travel throughout the nation building relationships with women advisors at competing firms who may be open to considering a change in firm affiliation, with accountability for overall women recruiting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Women advisor recruiting pipeline by leveraging team resources, implementing best practices and driving activity. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in recruiting contact management system and report accurately on results. Communicate advisor recruiting status and results effectively to internal and external audiences. Build and maintain strong partnerships between corporate partners, field leaders and advisors to achieve recruiting goals aligned with women recruiting business strategy.

  • Drive advisor candidate process in support of women advisor experience and identify opportunities to educate, motivate, and inspire women advisors to engage in the process. Partner with leaders and EAR RD's to provide direct candidate level recruiting expertise as well as provide team members with training, competitive intelligence and skill building around women advisor opportunities and candidate experience. Set expectations with advisors and leaders around recruit engagement process.

  • Create a consistent flow of qualified Women candidates through various sources including referrals, networking across regions, marketing/advertising strategies, etc. Build centers of influence to promote advisor referral opportunities with existing franchise advisors and other field staff to develop local recruiting sources and increase scope of opportunity.

  • Demonstrate and maintain a strong fundamental knowledge of products, process and capabilities for broker dealer. Maintain current industry competitive intelligence, benchmarks and analysis.

  • Gather and provide direct feedback to partners and key stakeholders on necessary improvements required to expand Women's recruiting strategy. Support the development of strategies for expanded firm awareness and moving up market. Engagement with WE Network initiatives and advisor advocate / champion programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

  • 10+ years relevant experience required.

  • Experienced professional in recruiting efforts within the financial services industry. Proven understanding of products, process and capabilities for broker dealer.

  • Ability to drive results in new initiatives; comfortable with test and learn environment. Ability to implement change, while driving results and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills in working with prospects, field leaders and corporate partners.

  • Credible, effective and trusted business partner with field leadership and internal partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess readiness and to coach and develop others.

  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, tracking and follow-up.

  • Ability to work independently.
