The Multimedia Graphic Designer is responsible for a variety of projects developing graphic communications for Little Caesars National Training Department. This position is responsible for the project timeline and all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate concepts and designs for specific print, digital, and multimedia training materials, including manuals, job aides, quick reference guides and class presentations to support functions and processes of LCE, Blue Line Food Distribution (BLD)and franchisee training needs. Coordinates project flow from concept to completion, meeting all required deadlines, including:

  • Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering appropriate information

  • Planning concept and design

  • Obtains periodic approvals

  • Prepares final layout and copy

  • Releases final files to the printer; including but not limited to executing final edits, pre-flighting all color, pre-flighting image resolution, creating versions, creating PDFs and transferring files to the printer.

  • Designs high quality, accurate creative projects that are delivered with a strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards.

  • Ensures Little Caesars brand is consistently and professionally represented through all projects.

  • Follows and adheres to production processes (paperwork & asset management) including budget requirements.

  • Cross-trains with other department team members on computer equipment and job related skills.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in graphic design or art direction, including client meetings, designing, printer coordination, asset management and project time and cost estimates.

  • Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to apply those skills in design practice.

  • Highly skilled and efficient with MacIntosh computer system using, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, especially, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).

  • Evidence of organization and time management with ability to manage concurrent projects.

  • Evidence of ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.

  • The ability and wiliness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Photography and/or video experience.

  • Familiarity with basic e-learning best practices

The National Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all systems that support the National Training strategic initiatives, events and other projects. Primary contact for internal clients and vendors. Represents National Training in contracts and negotiations with vendors. Provides administrative support to the department including correspondence related to meetings, presentation preparation; travel coordination; generating purchase orders and monitoring department budget and expenses; and coordinating multiple functions for large scale events and conferences. Key Responsibilities: * Function as a primary liaison for vendors and coordinates vendor sourcing, obtaining bids and recommending vendor selections. Communicates information to vendors and monitors, reconciles and payment of vendor costs. * Coordinate projects involving research, coordination of efforts between various departments and entities, assimilation of data for appropriate written and/or verbal communication, reports, and presentations. * Prepare and manage periodic department reports, defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions. * Monitors expenses and reconciles invoices against department budget. Generates PO's and ensures timely payment to vendors. * Collaborate with Little Caesars (LCE) departments, franchisees and vendors to ensure open communication and support of company objectives. * Provides administrative support to the Director of National Training & Development and his direct reports. Includes handling of incoming phone calls, meeting scheduling, support for presentations, and maintaining department record. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Two to four years of experience required including executive administrative support, previous positions with significant internal and external visibility or department coordinator experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment. * Evidence of ability to perform research, analyze results and provide constructive recommendations to management. * Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and judgement skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to issues that impact the business operations. * Previous experience supporting accounting or budgetary reviews (monitoring, resolving variances or advising management of variances, etc.). * Evidence of highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences (senior management, store personnel, accounting, vendors, etc.) * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically in Excel, Word and Power Point. * Previous experience in a position requiring handling of sensitive and confidential information.
