The Multimedia Graphic Designer is responsible for a variety of projects developing graphic communications for Little Caesars National Training Department. This position is responsible for the project timeline and all phases of the project.
Generate concepts and designs for specific print, digital, and multimedia training materials, including manuals, job aides, quick reference guides and class presentations to support functions and processes of LCE, Blue Line Food Distribution (BLD)and franchisee training needs. Coordinates project flow from concept to completion, meeting all required deadlines, including:
Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering appropriate information
Planning concept and design
Obtains periodic approvals
Prepares final layout and copy
Releases final files to the printer; including but not limited to executing final edits, pre-flighting all color, pre-flighting image resolution, creating versions, creating PDFs and transferring files to the printer.
Designs high quality, accurate creative projects that are delivered with a strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards.
Ensures Little Caesars brand is consistently and professionally represented through all projects.
Follows and adheres to production processes (paperwork & asset management) including budget requirements.
Cross-trains with other department team members on computer equipment and job related skills.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in graphic design or art direction, including client meetings, designing, printer coordination, asset management and project time and cost estimates.
Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to apply those skills in design practice.
Highly skilled and efficient with MacIntosh computer system using, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, especially, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
Evidence of organization and time management with ability to manage concurrent projects.
Evidence of ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
The ability and wiliness to travel as needed.
Photography and/or video experience.
Familiarity with basic e-learning best practices
