The National Sales Manager must effectively generate and close leads, communicate and build relationships with one goal in mind: drive the business pipeline and increase revenue. The key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing, industry professionals, plant operations, pricing, and quoting. In order to be successful in this role you must develop and maintain a deep understanding of Paulo's technology and services, as well as the market place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Revenue, by identifying and closing leads, in a given territory

  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities (in new and existing processes)

  • Provide information to assist in job development decisions (customer requirements, competitive circumstances, similar jobs and/or situations).

  • Establish and maintain customer communication and relations

  • Identify and communicate opportunities and problems in maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the services offered by Paulo and a thorough understanding of their applications and benefits.

  • Know and analyze the competition

  • Perform sales and marketing activities as directed by Paulo management.

  • Travel to participate in job-related meetings, conventions, events, training, etc. Such travel will involve overnight stays of one or more nights.

  • Promote Paulo by presenting a business-like image; always acting with integrity, honesty, and fairness.

  • Stay up to date on the latest industry news and changes.


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills.

  • Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining relationships with clients, partners, etc.

  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.

  • Must be comfortable generating sales leads.

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business and industry.

  • Must be willing and able to travel at a very high level- up to 70%.

  • Will be required to visit and spend time within plant environment.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

License(s)/Certification(s) Required:

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with Paulo's Vehicle Use Policy.

  • Must be able to obtain forklift certification.

During training, you will receive your schedule. This schedule is subject to change with a two-week notice anytime based upon changes in our business needs. Currently, the placement of staff is done via a shift bid process in which we periodically change our scheduling process. Completes the sales process in accordance with all standards and guidelines set forth by Ideal Image. Achieves assigned sales targets and promotes a favorable image of Ideal Image. Fosters and nurtures positive relationships with clients and fellow employees. Overcomes objections and differentiates Ideal Image from our competition. This is not a cold-calling telemarketing position; however, you will be required to follow up on web leads via outbound calling, texts, and emails.</p><p>The Inside Sales Representative will also:</p><ul><li><p>Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications.</p></li><li><p>Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.</p></li><li><p>Articulate treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to clients.</p></li><li><p>Partner and collaborate with Clinics, Managers and other Associates.</p></li><li><p>Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services.</p></li><li><p>Overcome obstacles that prevent sales.</p></li><li><p>Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; effectively meets client needs; develops and sustains positive and productive client relationships; and takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.</p></li><li><p>Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
